I'm a local Columbia guy that grew up on a cattle farm just outside of town. I did handyman odd jobs for a local realtor while attending the University of Missouri earning a bachelors in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. As I started out as a young professional in the engineering field I began to purchase rentals to put my handyman skills to use and keep busy on weeknights and weekends.
