Nicci Garmon has lived, worked and played in and around Columbia for around 40 years - so she has lots of firsthand knowledge of neighborhoods and schools . A proud alumnus of both Hickman High School and Mizzou, she’s active in the business community.

For the last 25 years, Nicci has been a voice heard across Mid Missouri - “On Air” six days a week on 96.7 KCMQ. It feels a little silly to give someone perfect scores, but Nicci really did exceed all of our expectations. We had done plenty of homework, but she was still able to give us tons of great information, show us some properties we had missed, and get us a great contract on our first home. Nicci was fantastic to work with. We looked at over 40 homes based on some special circumstances with my Mother-in-law being in a wheel chair and moving in with us. She found a custom built home with door frames and great access to meet all of our needs. We purchased the home first and trusted her that we would sell our home (which she did in 24 hours) we actually had 3 offers. She then sold my Mother-in-law’s Condo in 2-weeks all of this happened over about a 6 month time frame. She was incredible in helping us locate the right home and staging our home to sell quickly. Her professional approach and photographs as well as suggestions made all the difference. She genuinely cares about her clients and treats you like family!
